Guarantee
We stand behind our work 100%. Please be sure your impressions/models are accurate and not distorted prior to shipment. If our overlays do not fit, we ask that you return the appliances with the old model along with a new one. Then we can evaluate where the problem is. A new set of overlays will be sent out immediately should there be an error on our part.

Models
Models that are sent to us will be returned to you, along with your order. Please note that the teeth generally break off of the models in the process of removing overlays/trays. This is common in the industry and really cannot be avoided.

Payment
An invoice will be sent to the billing address and will be due within 15 days.
Please make sure you indicate the correct billing address on the order form.

Shipping
All orders over $50 will receive FREE shipping. All other orders will be charged a flat fee of $6 for shipping. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
